REFUND AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, McLaren Car Care authorizes refunds or exchanges upon validation only if the delivered product is not the one ordered or if the delivered product is defective or deemed unusable. The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to contact the Support Team at info@mclcarcare.com and claim its refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges won’t be granted without evidence and validation of the claim by McLaren Car Care Support Team.

SHIPPING

The shipping rate is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. We do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii, or to PO Box addresses.
We suggest registering for UPS My Choice. UPS My Choice is a solution that gives you more control over your deliveries, and allows you to receive alerts, request a hold for pickup at a convenient location, sign for packages online, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. McLaren Car Care does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery, the loss of a package or a stolen package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.

Any delivery issues must be reported within 30 days of the ship date for replacement or refund consideration. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

McLaren Car Care offers a 1 Business Day Processing option at checkout. When this option is selected, your order will skip to the front of the shipping queue. This will guarantee that your order will be processed within 1 business day. Operating hours are between 8h-4h pm ET.

RETURN POLICIES

Due to the nature of our products, McLaren Car Care do not accept returns for used or damaged items. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return McLaren Car Care products that were duly shipped, without damage or defect, to the provided shipping address and with the products specifically ordered for refund consideration. The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to return your package with the approved RMA number and provided documentation. Initial shipping cost and 1 Business Day Processing costs are non-refundable. Any unapproved returns will be charged with a penalty fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION

In order to offer fast processing and shipping, it is impossible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed at our warehouse.
If you’ve entered the wrong address and your address as not being processed yet, please contact our support team. If your order has already been processed, you need to change it through UPS My Choice prior to the delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to wrong addresses.

DUTIES AND BROKERAGE FEES

Duty or customs tariffs are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that the carrier supports. McLaren Car Care products ships out from Canada. If you are ordering from United States, you may be charged with some import fees. McLaren Car Care does not control and is not responsible for duty fees.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

McLaren Car Care offers refunds on defective items, upon validation of the defect. In this case, the customer has 30 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at info@mclcarcare.com and claim the defective item and to provide photos of the received package and defect items defect for refund or replacement purposes.

UNDERSHIPMENT

The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at info@mclcarcare.com and claim an undershipment and provide photos of the package, packing list and items received. Upon validation of the undershipment, McLaren Car Care will ship the missing item(s) at no additional cost.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

McLaren Car Care authorize exchanges upon validation if the delivered product is not the one ordered and will rectify the situation at no additional cost. The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to provide photos of the package, items received and packing list at info@mclcarcare.com for validation purposes.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

All McLaren Car Care products are carefully inspected and signed off before being shipped to ensure there are no critical damages on any products. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the contents of their shipment upon delivery while the delivery driver is present.

The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at info@mclcarcare.com to claim the damaged items and provide photos of the package, packing list and items received.

McLaren Car Care is not responsible for damages occurred during transit. In such cases, upon reception of photos of the damage(s), McLaren Car Care will handle the damage claim that has occurred during transit directly with the carrier and will wait for the claim approval for replacement or refund consideration. McLaren Car Care will not approve the refund or replacement of the items without evidence and validation of the damage.

The products sold on our website are McLaren Car Care’s DIY product line. Due to their DIY nature, we cannot control use of these products and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.

McLaren Car Care is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than mclcarcare.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases.

The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the mclcarcare.com website in order for McLaren Car Care to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations.

Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.

MISSING PRODUCT

Always inspect the contents of your delivery and the packing list included in your shipment to ensure all the products ordered are received.
If a shortage is verified, please contact our Support Team (info@mclcarcare.com) with your order number and a picture of the packing list within 14 days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to get the products to you in a timely manner.
